So as i stated on the Group we are going to be doing a Bodyweight Strength and Conditioning Block-
This is a great chance for us to start fixing some niggles and working that strict strength so that when we come back we are Gymnastics ninjas !!
This Class Will be ZOOMED @9:30AM and @18:30PM would be cool to see you guys online!!
Part A) OTM x 15 mins
1) 8-10 Alternating Dumbell Clusters
2) 8-10 Jumping Lunges
3) 10-15 KB swings (or Rucksack Swings)
5 rounds of -
10-20 Goblet Squats With either Plate- DB or KB or Ruck sack
30s Wall Sit
1) 10 Side Plank Cruches R
2) 10 Side Plank Crunches L
3) 30s Hollow Hold
