1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 press ups
300 squats
1 mile run
you can either do it as is above or
split the 100/200/300 into
20 rounds of
5 pull ups
10 press ups
15 squats
or 10 rounds of
10 pull ups
20 press ups
30 squats
or 5 rounds of
20 pull ups
40 press ups
60 squats
For your run just run 0.5 miles out and back from your house or 800m out and back :)
if you don't want to run - either 1600m machine or 3200m bike or 80 burpees
Scale pull ups for burpees- if you are burping instead of the run then scale pull ups for sit ups
