we are going to run a small cycle of German volume training 10x10 but instead of doing a set every 2 minutes we are going to go on the minute cause we are hardcore :)
start light and increase weekly.

Main Strength -
GVT Front Squats -
Clean From the floor
10 reps OTM x 10 mins @sub 50% of 1rm get the reps out as fast as you can maintaining good quality :)

Muscle snatch
Bar hop Burpees
ZOOM SCALES
Sub assault bike for 100m Run
Goblet squats or 10x20 air squats
DB snatch @ burpees
