Upper body and core Warm up- 2 rounds 20s side plank each side 20s normal plank 5 press ups (control down worm up) 10 air squats 15 rucksack or object bent over row Every 2 minutes x 5 sets 10 burpees 10 press ups 10 v-ups If you can’t fit them all into 1:30 then scale the reps to 8,8,8 or 6,6,6 etc etc To finish - 10 stair climbs skip a step on the way up normal on the way down
