Introducing CrossFit Lite
Joining us has never been so easy!
Our new CrossFit Lite classes and membership are designed for members that are new to our gym and CrossFit or for members that want to spend a little extra time working on skills or their technique.
These classes run every weekday evening (see our timetable on our membership page for times) and are designed and coached with new members in mind. We coach you through all the main movements and skills by breaking the movements up and making sure correct form is being maintained the whole time.
This also allows you to take the classes at your own pace as there's no timeframe on attending these sessions. Meaning you can spend time getting confident in what we do, build your skills, fitness and strength without rushing. Then when yourself and the coach feels you are ready, we can get you started in the main CrossFit sessions.
