Because we run different training phases within our classes working on specific areas of fitness, strength and skills we like to get all new members to take part in our beginner courses before joining our classes.
This course allows us to take you through all the movements allowing you to feel confident with what we do before joining the classes.
Within the four weeks we will get you moving, stretching and lifting correctly!
The course is four weeks long with a session every Thursday evening at 6:30pm and Saturday morning at 10:30am.
The course price is £45 and is payable in full at the start of the course.

We have an area set aside with two power racks, leg press, cable machine, two olympic weightlifting platforms, lots of barbells and bumper plates, strong man equipment, trap bar, dumbbells up to 50kg and much more!!!!
