Due to popular demand, CrossFit Basics is getting a second class slot on a Monday.
CrossFit Basics will now run on a Monday at 18:30 in addition to the Wednesday 18:30 session. This class has proven very popular to those interested in CrossFit but felt anxious and unsure where to start.
The class runs alongside the main CrossFit class and allows new members the opportunity to experience CrossFit but with closer guidance and supervision of our coaches.
We aim to give people the confidence to participate in the main class which means some may only attend one or two CrossFit Basics class but others may find this the perfect level for them and continue longer term.
CrossFit Basics offers attendees improved mobility, strength and skill in a small group environment with close supervision.
