CrossFit Beginners Course to start 2020 healthy!

January 6th will see the start of a new CrossFit beginners course. This is a 5 week course with sessions on the following schedule:

Start date: January 6th

End date: February 8th

- Monday at 10:30 or 18:30

- Wednesday at 10:30 or 18:30

- Saturday at 09:30

The Monday and Wednesday sessions will be focused on skill development, taking you through the movements required for CrossFit and the terminology used. The Saturday workouts will be a fun, team based workout. At the end of the 5 weeks you will be ready to move on to the main classes.

CrossFit is a fun and inclusive way of getting fitter, healthier and meeting new friends. As a method of training, CrossFit will improve your mobility, fitness, strength and general wellbeing in our structured class environments. It truly doesn't matter what your current abilities are, CrossFit programmes can be easily modified to ensure that everyone can train together. Our typical classes have a range of abilities but the overall result is always the same; people support and encourage each other and feel better doing it!

This course will run at a special rate of £45 for the 5 week period.

The aim of this is to give a good all round understanding of CrossFit and let you experience the variation it has to offer. There are limited spaces so don't delay, contact us now to book your space.

Note: Buggies are welcome to our weekday morning classes, unfortunately babies will have to stay in buggies for safety purposes for the duration
