Wet run...dry row.

Sunday 22nd September saw lots of fitness happening at CrossFit Romsey.

The runners set off at 9am with 2 groups running a 3km route and a 6km route depending on their abilities. While the rain was light when it started, it soon got heavier resulting in a lot of wet runners! Luckily the hot drinks and biscuits were on hand to warm everyone up when they got back.

Today also saw the inaugural GoRow indoor rowing class at 10:30am. Coaches Chris and Georgie took a full group through rowing techniques and skills to make them more efficient rowers. Everyone really enjoyed the session which will no doubt have demand.

Both running and rowing are available to members and non-members.
